Hey I need some help guys!

Well I am having some issues. I am getting two errors. One one IE that says 404 not found, and then one on Mozilla Firefox that says What is You lookin here. It also has a picture of a wizard that says "You shall not pass".
I think its just the internet. ( I am hoping to god it is ) and it will be fixed in no time, cause we are having some bad weather here. Then again I think it may be a virus. I am pretty smart when it comes to computers, my Dad used to work at Dell so he teaches me everything. The virus may just have slipped through or like I said it may be my internet, but while I am down can you search up "What is You lookin here? Error" or "You shall not pass. Error" on Mozilla Firefox, Thanks for your time. I hope it gets resolved.

I had the same "you shall not pass problem". Afther that I started to use Google chrome. It solved the problem.
